Background

The power station comprises three 33MW generating units. Bharat Oman Refinery is a company formed by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) "with equity participation from Oman Oil Company Limited (OOCL)" to establish an oil refinery at Bina, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.[1]
