British Satellite News
British Satellite News is funded by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and produced by World Television. [1] BSN describes itself as "a free television news and features service which provides you with coverage of worldwide topical events and stories from a British perspective."
It suggests that international queries can be made to the Press & Public Affairs Officers at British Embassies or Consulates. [2]
On its website BSN states that news programs can use its material "directly into daily news programmes and services", "edit them to add breadth and depth to your international news coverage" or "archive the stories as a future library source." BSN also provides "written shot lists and guide scripts for each story. Guide scripts in Arabic and English are available via email and from the website." [3]
