Biographical Information
"CAROL WILSON began Insight Meditation in 1971. She has studied with a variety of teachers in Asia and the West and spent time as a Buddhist nun in Thailand. An Insight Meditation Society guiding teacher, she has been offering Vipassana and Metta retreats around the world since 1986, including the Insight Meditation Society's three-month cours"[1]
