Biographical Information
"Caroline joined KIDS from the British Lung Foundation (BLF) where she was the Chief Operating Officer playing an important role in the development of their new five year strategy including redesigned operations, patient support and facilities utilisation across the UK. Prior to working in the charity sector, Caroline was the Managing Director of a hospital and previous to that a Operating Theatre manager. She has an MBA and is a qualified pharmacist. She is also a trustee of the charity, Agecare, and a mother to three sons, one of whom is disabled."[1]
