Caryn Wagner has served since 2010 as Department of Homeland Security Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis.
Prior to her service is DHS, Wagner was an Instructor for the Intelligence and Security Academy. Earlier she She served as Budget Director for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and in various positions in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency, as well as the U.S. Army and Booz Allen Hamilton.
