Background

Chaozhou Huafeng Group, Ningxia Baota Group, and Zhongtian Energy have proposed a 2 mtpa LNG import terminal in Raoping, Dacheng Town. The terminal is under construction and planned for 2018.[1][2] In February 2019 the project was listed as under construction by the International Gas Union[3]
