Background

Chaozhou Huafeng Group, Ningxia Baota Group, and Zhongtian Energy have proposed a 2 mtpa LNG import terminal in Raoping, Dacheng Town. The terminal is under construction and planned for 2018. In February 2019 the project was listed as under construction by the International Gas Union
