Biography
Charles A. Blixt was assistant general counsel for R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in 1994 (AP 8/1/94; DJ 8/2/94). Blixt spoke to FDA Drug Abuse Advisory Committee on 8/1/94 and said: "Cigarette smoking is a habit not an addiction" (AP 8/1/94).
