Charles Lutyens is a Non-executive Independent Director of L&M Energy, a public company listed on both the Australian and New Zealand stock exchanges.

On its website, L&M Energy states that he "has worked in the oil, gas and coal sectors as well as in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, gold and timber" including having worked for Rio Tinto.
