Biographical Information

"Mr. Herington has been Executive Vice President, Latin America of Avon Products Inc., a global beauty company, since March 2008 and was appointed Executive Vice President, Central and Eastern Europe region in July 2009. He was Senior Vice President, Latin America of Avon Products, Inc. from March 2006 until March 2008. Before that he was President and Chief Executive Officer of America Online Latin America for seven years.

"He served as President of Revlon Latin America during 1998, prior to which he held various executive positions with PepsiCo Restaurants International, including serving as Regional Vice President of Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell for South America, Central America and the Caribbean from 1990 to 1997. He also held several high level positions in management and marketing with Procter & Gamble in Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico during the 10 years before his association with PepsiCo. He currently serves as a director of NII Holdings, Inc "
