Background

Chengmai LNG Terminal (华电澄迈LNG接收站) is a proposed LNG terminal in Hainan, China. The Chengmai County Government signed an agreement with Huadian Fuxin Energy Company, Ltd. in 2014, officiating the development of the Chengmai LNG Terminal. [1]

As of March 2019 there has been no further news about the project and it appears to have been cancelled.
