China Gezhouba Group Corporation (also referred to as Gezhouba Group and China Gezhouba (Group) Corporation is a Chinese construction and engineering company based in Wuhan, Hubei. Based on 2011 data, the company is the 42nd largest contractor by revenue in the world.[1]
Primarily engaged in contract construction of projects, Gezhouba operates in the areas of power plants, dams, roads, bridges and civil engineering in China and abroad. In other categories of business, Gezhouba has invested and constructed highways; developed real estate; generated hydropower; and manufactured cement and civil explosives. The company has a stated goal of increasing international contracts to half of company revenue.[2]
