Biography
According to Jan Fine, a hypnotist from Atlanta, GA, Dr. Conway Hunter is the leading expert on nicotine addiction (J. Dugan Memo 6/9/94). Dr. Hunter is the director of all addiction for Charter Hospitals in Georgia. Dr. Hunter is the governor appointee to make Georgia prisons smoke free (J. Dugan Memo 6/9/94).
