Ties to the American Legislative Exchange Council
Reynolds is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and sits on its Corporate ("Private Enterprise") Board as of 2011.[1]

Background
Delen has served as Reynold's CEO since March 2011, replacing former CEO Susan M. Ivey.[2] He made $6.2 million in 2010. Delen was Chairman of the Board of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, a subsidiary of Reynolds American Inc. since May 2008 and was its Chief Executive Officer since January 2007.
