David Cody is a volunteer at the San Francisco Parmaculture Guilda and a Co-Director of the Hayes Valley farm in San Francisco.[1][2] He is mentioned in documents obtained under an open records investigation of collusion among the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and various external individuals and entities in the defense and promotion of promoting sewage sludge as "organic biosolids compost."
