Biographical Information

"David Moran joined E-ACT as Director of Operations in March 2013. David has extensive experience in the public, charitable and commercial sector, most recently having worked as Programme Director for Tribal Group PLC in Tennessee, a position he held since August 2011, before which he was Director of Operations from August 2010. Within his role at Tribal David was also Project Director for Tribal’s school improvement, review and inspection programme, supporting 34 High Priority Schools. Prior to his work at Tribal David was Operational Director for Specialist Schools and Academies Trust from February 2009."
