David Moss is the the Director of Government Affairs for the Kentucky Coal Association, a position he has held since June 2006.[1]

Background

A biographical note states that Moss "worked for the Council of State Governments in their Capitol Hill office in D.C. as well as in their national headquarters located in Lexington, Kentucky." He subsequently worked for "the Fletcher Administration in the Governor’s Office as a Special Projects Coordinator and then as Special Assistant to Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Secretary Lt. Gov. Stephen B. Pence. Among his other duties while in State Government, Moss served as the legal proxy for the Lieutenant Governor on several Board of Directors: Kentucky Housing Corporation, Kentucky Turnpike Authority, as well as The State Property and Building Commission."[1]
