David O'Byrne has been endorsed as a Labor Party candidate for the seat of Franklin for the 2010 Tasmanian state election.[1] He has been the Tasmanian Branch Secretary of the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union from March 1994 to the present.[2]
