David Sylvia was Director of Public Policy & Research at Philip Morris Management Corporation circa November, 2000. He assisted with Philip Morris's programs to enhance its corporate image. He was still with the company as of October 27, 2007, acting as a spokesperson regarding the company's work on so-called reduced-harm products.[1]
