Biographical Information
"David joined Interserve as a non-executive director in January 2009. He is non-executive Chairman of Clinical Solutions, The Innovation Group and SHL Group. David’s executive career included a decade at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) which culminated in his becoming President of EDS Europe, and senior leadership roles at Bull Information Systems. He has also been Chairman of the Racecourse Association. Previous non-executive roles include Arena Leisure, VT Group, Anite and Tunstall Holdings. David is a County Councillor and the Cabinet Champion for Change for Gloucestershire County Council. He chairs the Remuneration Committee."[1]
