Biographical Information

"David, who has extensive international experience in manufacturing, distribution and installation of building materials gained in positions in the USA and Europe, was appointed as a non-executive director of Interserve in July 2003 and became Senior Independent Director in May 2011. Previous roles include non-executive director of Newman Tonks plc and Chairman of the Audit Committee at The Royal Mint, Group Chief Executive of Marley and Vice-President of the Construction Products Association."
