Biographical Information
"Mr. David Wyndham Davies, BA (Econ), FIA serves as an Advisor of TransWorks Information Services Ltd and Aditya Birla Minacs. Mr. Davies served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada (U.K.) Limited, an affiliate of Sun Life Financial Inc. Before March 2002, he served as Chief Executive for Royal National Pension Fund for Nurses (RNPFN). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Group and London Life Ltd. Prior to September 2002, Mr. Davies served as Advisor of Alba Life and Police Mutual Friendly Society. He served as an Executive Chairman of Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada (U.K.) Limited. He has been the Deputy Chairman of Co-operative Bank plc since 2010. He serves as a Director of Co-operative Insurance Society Limited, Guardian Holdings Limited and CIS General Insurance Limited. ...nHe serves as a Trustee of the BT Pension Scheme...He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries."[1]
