Biographical Information

David will be taking over from Gaynor Humphreys who was the first director of the network and is retiring after six years in the role...David Warner has almost 30 years’ experience of working in the voluntary and community sector. Currently freelancing in the voluntary sector, he was for ten years until March 2013 chief executive of the National Animal Welfare Trust. Previous roles include director of Homeless Network in London, and over ten years working in frontline homelessness services and in special needs housing.

"David has also served as a trustee and treasurer of LVSC, and was a trustee of the Revolving Doors Agency for six years, including three years as its chair."
