Debra Oppenheim

Debra Oppenheim, "who has been in executive search since 1976, is a co-founder with Jane Phillips Donaldson of Phillips Oppenheim. She is a generalist who has managed assignments covering a broad range of not-for-profit institutions and organizations, locally, nationally and internationally. Before starting Phillips Oppenheim in 1991, Debra was a partner at Nordeman Grimm, where she managed a variety of assignments in the private sector across a broad spectrum of industries and corporations. She also directed a major part of the firm’s not-for-profit practice, working in areas of health and human services, performing arts and cultural institutions. Previously, Debra worked for three other search firms: Billington, Fox & Ellis, Canny Bowen, and SpencerStuart.
