Background

Delta Oil Pipeline is in the Gulf of Mexico. Oil is gathered from the Odyssey Oil Pipeline, BUD, Pompano, Ram-Powell, SP60 pipeline, Southwest Pass, and MPOG pipeline. It is delivered to the Empire and Houma Terminals as well as Norco Refinery and Lake Charles Phillips 66 Refinery in Louisiana.
