Bio
2006 election
In 2006, Patrick was elected the first black governor of Massachusetts.[1]
2008 superdelegate
Patrick was a superdelegate in the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.
2010 election
In 2010, Patrick was reelected governor in a tough, competitive race, beating out Charles Baker (R) and Timothy Cahill (I).[1]
