Unit 2

In October 2016 Amec Foster Wheeler was awarded a contract to erect a new CFB boiler in the Deven plant to replace boiler 9 in unit 2, which was running on natural gas. Replacement construction is underway, and the unit is planned for operation in 2017.[3][4]
