Biographical Information

"Dodie joined the Board as a trustee in 2005. She was previously a trustee of The Chase Charity. She works part-time as a manager in a joint Health and Social Care team that looks after older people with mental health problems. She has had a long career in social work, most of it generic and, until recently, frontline. She as a BSc, CQSW and MA in mental health. She has now partly retired which allows more time for music, literature, politics and culture in her home city of Cambridge. With her partner, she has performed harp and accordion with poetry and song in many venues ranging from psychiatric units to prisons. In addition, Dodie has seven lively grandchildren. She is also a Trustee of the Swan Mountain Trust."
