Biographical Information
"Mr. Donald MacKenzie is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner-Co-Head of Global Investments of CVC Capital Partners Ltd. and has been a Co-Chairman since January 2013. He has worked at CVC for 20 years. Previously, he was an Investment Director at 3i Group Plc and at Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Mr. MacKenzie has been the Chairman of Delta Topco Ltd. since September 2011. He serves as Director of Kwik-Fit Group Limited and Amatek Industries Pty Ltd. He served as Director of CVC Capital Partners Ltd. Mr. MacKenzie served as Director of William Hill Plc from March 1999 to April 29, 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. MacKenzie holds an L.L.B. degree from the University of Dundee in Scotland."
