Background
Douglas Channel LNG Terminal is a shelved LNG terminal in British Columbia, Canada.[1]
In February 2016, AltaGas announced they were shelving the proposed Douglas Channel LNG because the company failed to find necessary customers for the project, which they said was a result of a global surplus in LNG.[2]
