Dua FLNG is a proposed floating LNG terminal in Sabah, Malaysia. It is also known as also known as PFLNG Dua, Sabah FLNG Terminal, and Rotan FLNG Project.

Location

The terminal will be moored at the Rotan gas field in deepwater Block H, offshore Sabah, Malaysia.

Background

Dua FLNG is a floating LNG terminal under construction in Sabah, Malaysia. It is planned for operation in 2018.

The final investment decision for the project was made in February of 2014. In May 2017 Petronas said the terminal will be operational in 2020. In July 2019 it was reported that the terminal will be operational by Q1 2020.
