Dua FLNG is a proposed floating LNG terminal in Sabah, Malaysia. It is also known as also known as PFLNG Dua, Sabah FLNG Terminal, and Rotan FLNG Project.

Background

Dua FLNG is a floating LNG terminal under construction in Sabah, Malaysia. It is planned for operation in 2018.[1]

The final investment decision for the project was made in February of 2014.[2] In May 2017 Petronas said the terminal will be operational in 2020.[3] In July 2019 it was reported that the terminal will be operational by Q1 2020.[4]
