E.W. Robb, or Ernest W. Robb was a senior chemist who worked either for, or with Philip Morris, Richmond, circa 1965.[1] In 1966 he was in the Chemistry Department at the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.[2]
