Ed Husain was co-director of the Quilliam Foundation.

Ed will be based in Washington D.C. at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as a Senior Fellow from November 2010 "and will step down as Co-Director of Quilliam. He will be a member of Quilliam’s UK advisory board and its charitable arm in the US, and will continue to maintain his close relationships with British media, government, political, civil and religious organisations."
