The Ennore-Tuticorin Gas Pipeline is a proposed natural gas pipeline.[1]

Location
The pipeline runs from Ennore to Madurai, Trichy and Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu and branch out to Bengaluru via Hosur in Karnataka.[2]

Background
The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board authorized GTPIL to build the pipeline in October 2015.[1] Construction began in June 2018.[3] In March 2019 the Ennore LNG Terminal which will supply gas to the pipeline was commissioned, and construction is reported to be continuing.[2]
