Biographical Information
Joined the Greencore Group "board in May, 2010. He is chairman of Vue Entertainment Ltd and a senior partner of Sunningdale Capital LLP. Previously, he was chief executive of United Biscuits (Holdings) plc from 1991 until 1999 and chairman and chief executive of EMI Group plc until 2007. " [1]
"Most notably, from 1999-2007 Eric was Chairman and CEO of the EMI Group and was instrumental in the sale of the Group to private equity firm Terra Firma." [2]
