The Eten power station is a 200 MW diesel- and gas-fired power plant planned for Eten, in the northern region of Lambayeque, Peru. The Peruvian authorities have awarded a 20-year concession contract for the design, construction, and operation of the plant to a consortium comprising the Ministry of Energy and Mining and a special purpose company established by Cobra and Enersa. The investment is estimated at approximately US$113 million, with operations beginning in 2013-2014.[1]
