Background

Far East LNG Terminal is a proposed LNG export terminal in Sakhalin, Russia.[1]

In October 2018 ExxonMobil and Rosneft announced that SODECO and ONG Videsh would also be partners in the project, and that the location of the terminal would be De Kastri in Khabarovsk Krai.[2]
