Flavio Andrade was a marketing employee with the British American Tobacco subsidiary of Souza Cruz in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, in the 1990s. Sometimes name is seen as Flavio de Andrade. Flavio Andrade became President and Chief Executive of Souza Cruz (date unknown), succeeding Antonio Monteiro de Castro, who was subsequently appointed Regional Director, Latin America and the Caribbean, for British-American Tobacco, effect 1 January 1996. Antonio Montiero de Castro took over as President of Souza Cruz's Administrative Council from Peter Rombaut.[1]
