Muskogee Mill Power Plant is a coal-fired power station owned and operated by Georgia-Pacific Corporation - which, in turn, is owned by Koch Industries - in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The plant provides power to Georgia-Pacific's Muskogee paper mill.
