Biographical Information
"Frank McKenna has served as a director of Brookfield since August 2006 and as Chair of the Board since August 2010. A resident of Cap-Pele, New Brunswick and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Mr. McKenna is Chair of the Corporation, a position he has held since August 2010. He is Deputy Chair, TD Bank Group, a financial institution. He is also a director of Canadian Natural Resources Limited. Mr. McKenna is a former Ambassador of Canada to the U.S.A. and a former Premier of New Brunswick" [1]
