Fred F. Steen is a Republican member of the State Assembly in North Carolina. He represents the 76th District and is a member of the following committees: Appropriations; Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation; Banking; Commerce and Job Development (Vice-Chairman); Commerce and Job Development Subcommittee on Alcoholic Beverage Control; Health and Human Services; Health and Human Services Subcommittee on Mental Health; Insurance; Public Utilities (Chairman).[1]
