Biographical Information
"Prior to his appointment at Cognita, Gary Narunsky was the Chief Financial Officer of Global Education Management Systems. As CFO, Gary was directly involved in the acquisition of schools and the development of a central finance and administrative function for the group. Gary had previously been a Vice President of Merrill Lynch's investment banking division and the Finance Director of a software company in South Africa, of which he was co-founder. He has an MBA from London Business School, and is a Chartered Accountant." [1]
