In 2008 O'Connor was one of the Ryan, Phillips, Utrecht & MacKinnon lobbyists working for the major U.S. power utility Dominion for work on climate change issues. Ryan, Phillips, Utrecht & MacKinnon received $120,000 for its work in 2008.[2] The other registered lobbyists working on the account were Thomas Ryan, Jeff MacKinnon, Matthew Berzok, Joe Vasapoli, Bill Phillips, Doug Nappi and Rodney Hoppe.
