Greg Baatrup is the Biosolids Committee Chair at the Bay Area Clean Water Agencies (BACWA). [1]
He is mentioned in documents obtained under an open records investigation of collusion among the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and various external individuals and entities in the defense and promotion of promoting sewage sludge as "organic biosolids compost."
