Gregg J. Sedun

Gregg J. Sedun "served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Fields International Ltd. from June, 2003 until December, 2005. Mr. Sedun graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1982 with a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) and specialized in corporate securities law until his retirement in 1997 at which time he co-founded Pacific Source Capital Ltd., a private venture capital company. For over 22 years Mr. Sedun has been involved in financing, structuring and negotiating transactions with numerous successful companies including being one of the founding directors of Diamond Fields Resources Inc. He was also a founding director of America Mineral Fields Inc. (now Adastra Minerals Inc.) with Mr. Jean-Raymond Boulle, the co-founder of DFR as well as a founding director of Geologix Explorations Inc. Mr. Sedun has also been a significant founding or early stage investor in other successful companies such as Peru Copper Inc., Ascalade Communications Holding Inc., and Neurovir Inc."
