H. Chuck Garrett (Brown & Williamson RD&E Factory Sample Liason 1984-88): H. Chuck Garrett worked for Brown & Williamson in the RD&E Department as Factory Sample Liaison from 1970-73, as a Pilot Plant Q.A. Supervisor in 1979, a Research Specialist from 1980-84, and a Development Specialist from 1984-88. He was also involved with Brown & Williamson in 1990.
