The Horizon Project, according to it's website, is the conception of "a group of leading CEOs and policy innovators, across a variety of sectors, to provide the new Congress with a legislative agenda to ensure that America continues to be the preeminent economic power in an era of globalization."
The site further states that, "Horizon Project members believe we need to act now ... to stave off the erosion of our competitive advantages and the loss of the nation's middle class base."
