Huaneng Luoshan power station (华能宁夏能源罗山电厂) was a proposed 1,200-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China.
It later became the Yinxing power station in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China.
