Hugh Sharman is an engineer who founded the energy consultancy Incoteco. Where he is an associate of Ian Fells. He graduated in Civil Engineering at Imperial College London, in 1962. [1]
In his own words "During the mid-1970s he became involved, disastrously, with renewable energy exploitation in the UK and has followed this sector with interest, ever since." Sharman has extensive interests in the Nuclear and Oil industries. He is a technical advisor to the Renewable Energy Foundation [2]
