Biographical Information

"Ian Brownlow is Chief Financial Officer of Rosemont Realty. Mr. Brownlow joined the company in 1999 and oversees all financial functions of the business including corporate and tax reporting, as well as the treasury and cash management authority for over 300 discrete entities. Before joining Rosemont Realty, Mr. Brownlow was Finance Director of BHI Corporation, a publicly-traded company with interests in telecommunications, financial services, energy, real estate development and construction. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Brownlow was employed in the United States, United Kingdom and Africa by mining conglomerate Lonmin Plc (formerly Lonrho Plc), listed on the London Stock Exchange. During this period, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a Lonmin Plc energy affiliate listed on the American Stock Exchange. Prior to 1996, Mr. Brownlow qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London where he worked from 1980 until 1984 and then with Deloitte Touche from 1985 to 1986. Mr. Brownlow is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sussex, England in 1979."
