{{#Badges: CoalSwarm}} Idaho Power Company submitted an Integrated Resource Plan to the Oregon Public Utilities Commission in 2006. [1] The plan, which is listed as Docket LC 41, includes a 250 MW Wyoming pulverized coal plant in 2013 and a 250 MW IGCC plant in 2017. However, in subsequent filings the company stated that 2014 would be the earliest possible date for a new pulverized coal plant.
